Our facility is equipped with modern therapies and rehabilitation tools designed to enhance patient outcomes. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while focusing on your professional responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality patient care by administering treatment based on prescribed protocols from physicians or other authorized practitioners.Conduct thorough evaluations using appropriate techniques to assess patients' capabilities, needs, and progress effectively.Create tailored treatment plans that align with established patient goals, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all rehabilitation needs.Monitor patient condition continuously during treatments, making real-time adjustments to the treatment plan when necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with departmental policies, facilitating effective communication and continuity of care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews to enhance service delivery and optimize patient outcomes.Engage actively in family meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to discuss patient management plans and foster collaborative care.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, athletes rehabilitating from injuries, and elderly patients aiming to improve their mobility and overall quality of life. By understanding the unique needs of each patient, you will play a crucial role in their rehabilitation journey, employing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal results.QualificationsA valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.Strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook that engages and motivates patients.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in a rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their application in rehabilitation.Previous involvement in quality improvement initiatives or patient education programs.Compensation and BenefitsSpin Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
