Responsibilities Performing evaluations/screens, establish patients goals, develop individualized treatment plans, developing treatment and discharge plans Provide quality physical therapy services encompassing personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Documenting progress toward identified objectives Overseeing Physical Therapy Assistant(s) and provides onsite supervision of treatment interventions and clinical documentation Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
