Your Role as a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist

Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Complete OASIS documentation as required Document visits using streamlined, AI-assisted technology

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Home health experience preferred but not required OASIS/Medicare documentation experience preferred
