Based remotely with occasional training in Pennsylvania, this role focuses on managing title commitments, resolving clearance issues, and ensuring smooth settlements for complex commercial transactions. Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000

Remote Commercial Clearance Officer Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for developers, investors, attorneys, and lenders, ensuring seamless communication throughout transactions
• Prepare detailed settlement statements and pro formas in compliance with lender closing instructions
• Review clearance documents, title commitments, and requirements to ensure underwriter approval
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex title issues that require advanced expertise and decision-making
• Oversee GreenFolders and TitleExpress systems to track progress and meet company standards
• Deliver complete and accurate closing packages to the closer, supporting smooth settlements
• Respond promptly to client and partner inquiries while maintaining exceptional service levels

Remote Commercial Clearance Officer Requirements:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in the commercial title industry
• Strong knowledge of endorsements, LLC structures, estate law, and bankruptcy legalities
• Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with strong attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Teams
• Experience working directly with title underwriters or title companies
• Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a remote environment
