Position : TIG Welder
Pay : $23.00/hour
Shift : 2nd & 3rd Shift – Flexible Scheduling
Location : Sparta, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a TIG Welder to start IMMEDIATELY at $23.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Perform TIG and MIG welding on metal parts following work orders, layouts, and specifications
Complete repetitive production welding with quality and consistency
Inspect finished welds and parts for quality assurance
Follow safety and production procedures diligently
Operate a variety of metal fabrication equipment and processes

Qualifications

Previous TIG/MIG welding experience or related education required
Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and layouts
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
Dependable, hardworking, with a positive attitude
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Skills

Welding inspection and safety awareness
MIG welding proficiency
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Commitment to maintaining a safe workspace
