About the Role:

Join GREASY MONKEY TRANSMISSION LLC as an Automotive Tech/R&R in Arlington, TX, where you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch automotive services. Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations.
Replace and repair transmissions, ensuring optimal vehicle performance.
Utilize diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues accurately.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.
4+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
