- Cocktail Servers
- Food Server Assistants
- Hosts

Job Summary: Join The Breakers front-of-house team and be part of a new and existing restaurants that offer elevated service and unforgettable guest experience. We are currently hiring for various positions including Cocktail Servers, Bartenders, Food Server Assistants, and Hosts. If you are enthusiastic, service-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously (Host)
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards (Bartender)
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently (Cocktail Server)
- Assist servers and bartenders with table maintenance, food delivery, and guest needs (Food Server Assistant)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and guest areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
