Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce DeveloperA growing and highly collaborative organization is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and evolve its enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in both strategic platform ownership and hands-on technical development, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.While the position will begin as fully remote, candidates should be comfortable transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement in the Cincinnati market as the organization establishes a local office presence.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior technical resource for Salesforce administration, development, and platform optimizationDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrationsSupport and enhance Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) functionality, configurations, and workflowsPartner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and automate business processesManage and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environmentsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system improvementsSupport integrations between Salesforce and third-party applicationsDrive best practices around system governance, security, documentation, and platform scalabilityTroubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancementsQualifications5+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experienceStrong expertise with:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce FlowsSalesforce integrations/APIsExperience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferredDeep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSalesforce certifications preferredThis is a great opportunity for a technically strong Salesforce professional who wants meaningful ownership, cross-functional visibility, and long-term growth in a collaborative environment.
