Staffing Care Pro is a healthcare staffing agency dedicated to matching top-tier clinicians with facilities and patients in need. We are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy in a home health environment.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in their homes. This role involves helping patients regain and improve communication and swallowing function to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment and progress
• Accurately document patient visits, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan

Requirements:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Indiana
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (home health preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
