Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in a long-term care or geriatric facility in or near Glenwood, Minnesota. The role involves delivering patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The assignment offers competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being.
Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and facility protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
Educate patients and family members on health management, discharge instructions, and personalized care strategies.

Qualifications:

Hold a current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota.
Possess CPR, BLS, and HIPAA compliance certifications.
Have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care or geriatric setting.
Be able to work 12-hour day shifts and demonstrate strong communication and patient care skills.
