HP Retail Sales Representative

Job Overview Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 863 - Bend, OR 97703 Pay: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products and tailor demonstrations to meet customer needs. Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready. Report sales activity and competitive insights to Retail Operations. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Keep work station/kiosk organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6 months experience in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing. Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm with an outgoing personality. Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products. Ability to drive a selling process, overcome objections, and connect with customer needs. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Multi‑tasking capability in a fast‑paced, team environment. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
