Entry-Level Project Manager

Join to apply for the Entry-Level Project Manager role at Epic . This position is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation. Epic provides financial relocation assistance. Epic implements software that saves lives. The Project Management team leads software installations and ensures success for new Epic community members. Your responsibilities include presenting to hospital leadership, coordinating end‑user training, and providing comprehensive support during go‑live. No software experience is required. Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) is required. Epic serves top‑ranked health systems such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, and Kaiser Permanente. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major) A history of academic and professional success Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, with a typical month including 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID‑19 vaccination Experience managing or coordinating projects (no software experience required) Additional Information Location: Madison, WI.
