What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
• Care for children with tracheostomies, ventilators, feeding tubes, medications, and other skilled nursing needs
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate with the clinical team
• Educate and support caregivers while following individualized care plans

What We're Looking For

• Active Missouri RN or LPN license
• Compassionate, dependable, patient-focused care
