Physical Therapist

Performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of care. Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral. Adheres to all hospital and department policies including but not limited to: infection control, performance improvement, billing procedures and scheduling. Assists in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, students, aides and volunteers. Independent delivery of therapy care

Employment Type: Full Time

Shift: 1 FTE, Day shift, per department needs

Performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of care (acute, TCU, acute rehab, outpatient). Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral and under the supervision of the Senior Therapist. Adheres to all hospital and department policies including but not limited to: infection control, performance improvement, billing procedures and scheduling. Assists in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, students, aides and volunteers.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Doctorate preferred
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of PA
• BCLS certification required
