Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager Role Overview We are hiring a Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager to build and run our brand's video and social media presence from the ground up. Responsibilities Shoot and edit professional‑quality, brand‑building video for social media, ads, and the website – both short‑form and long‑form Design graphics for social posts, promotions, and marketing materials Plan, post, and manage day‑to‑day content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Travel to Vikings, Wild, and Twins games, autograph signings, and other events to capture content Build and grow our online brand presence and following Develop and drive a content calendar and posting strategy with minimal day‑to‑day direction Partner with ownership on brand direction and campaigns Requirements A few years of professional experience in video editing and social media management A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design skills Proven experience running brand social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) A sharp eye for brand building and content that performs A reliable personal vehicle – this role requires regular travel to games, signings, and events around the Twin Cities A self‑starter mentality – comfortable setting your own priorities and workflow with limited oversight Nice to Have Experience at a similar sports memorabilia, sports marketing, or apparel/brand‑focused company Experience building promotions via text and email marketing Benefits Paid time off (PTO) Employee discount Regular access to work alongside local professional athletes and teams — Vikings, Wild, Twins, and more A ground‑floor opportunity to build a brand's entire digital presence and make the role your own #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Sports Auctions
