Duration:12months contract Schedule: Standard 8-hour workday; no anticipated overtime or weekend work Job Summary The Attribute Impact Group in the Department of Attribute Sciences is seeking a Process Development Associate to investigate the impact of key product quality attributes on the safety and efficacy of biotherapeutics. Our team supports drug product advancement by developing cell-based methods that assess biological/immunogenic impact of drug product attributes. This information is shared with the product team and used to make critical decisions to further the drug. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with immune and cell-based assays, and 3D cell-culture/organoids. Experience with protein biochemistry, biotherapeutics, antibodies, and drug product attributes is preferred. Top 3 Must-Have Skills Experimental lab skills including sterile cell/tissue culture experience. Critically thinking about data Microsoft Office Suite Experience Prism is preferred Works well in a team/Good communication skills.
