Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Engage directly with customers to provide warm, responsive, and friendly assistance across all primary service channels. Problem Solving & Solutions: Proactively identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate products, services, or upgrades. Inquiry Handling: Clearly explain pricing, policy details, and general account or product information. Performance Goals: Achieve individual and team service and resolution targets through clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of our client's products, offerings, and operational policies. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, retail, or hospitality settings. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone and chat presence. Composure: Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm, patient, and professional under pressure. Organization: High attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and exceptional organizational abilities.
