Role Description This full-time Sales Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, with a mix of on-site client visits and work-from-home activities. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective partner locations, conduct outreach, and present Rise2Shine Gaming’s services to owners and managers of bars, restaurants, and fraternal organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and closing new accounts. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, coordinating with internal teams to support installation and licensing, and delivering basic training to clients on using and promoting gaming terminals. The Sales Specialist will track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support client needs. Candidates should possess Training skills to guide clients on system use, basic processes, and promotional best practices. Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or gaming industry is beneficial. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel locally within Illinois as needed. Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
