Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Evening IOP, Hybrid, Virtual

Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults. Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another. Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely Other duties as assigned. Requirements Work in person at our Columbia, MD location Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth EMDR training or certification (Preferred) Experience working with adults in substance use recovery or OTP setting (Preferred) Comfort working with both adolescents and adults (Preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing individual and group psychotherapy, developing trauma-informed treatment plans, and conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
