•Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in Saginaw classrooms.
•Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction, routines, and lesson reinforcement.
•Support students with special needs by helping reinforce IEP goals and positive behavior strategies.
•Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.

✅ What You Need
•An active Michigan Educator Certification or valid Substitute Permit.
•Ability to pass standard Michigan school clearances (fingerprint background check).
•A passion for helping local students succeed.
