Patient Care Coordinator – Full-Time (Metter, GA) Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine, 8 N. Williams Street, Metter, GA 30439. Overview We are a growing outpatient physical therapy practice focused on helping people live strong and pain‑free lives. We value service, uplift, collaboration, creativity, excellence, sincerity and stewardship. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally. Schedule appointments and collect co‑pays. Ensure every patient receives excellent care. Manage daily schedules and track appointments to reduce cancellations and improve efficiency. Work within EMR systems and assist with insurance billing and Georgia state contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Help with patient engagement events and participate in quarterly workshops. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and professional. Organized, reliable, and adept at multitasking. A team player with a positive attitude. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn. Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Zoom, and Meet. Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini. Position Details Full‑time salaried role. Flexible schedule options – 4 ten‑hour days or 5 eight‑hour days. Community involvement is encouraged. Benefits Starts at $15 per hour. Up to $100 per week performance bonus. Profit sharing.
