Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital
Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with diverse conditions, developing individualized rehabilitation plans to restore function, mobility, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress.
