Cut To Fit Co, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. Our company specializes in granite curb installation, hardscape construction, and excavation work. This is a hands-on position involving outdoor work, physical labor, and support for various construction projects.

• Assist with granite curb installation and site preparation

• Perform general labor and cleanup duties on job sites

• Assist with hardscape projects, including pavers, stone, concrete, and related materials

• Support excavation and grading operations

• Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials

• Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment as directed

• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as needed to support project completion

• Previous construction, landscaping, hardscape, excavation, or general labor experience preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Pay is adjustable based on experience and skill level

• One-way travel pay is provided for qualifying job-site travel
