• Drive clinical projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals that directly improve patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
• Master specialized clinical workflows through hands-on training, quickly translating new skills into high-quality support for your department's day-to-day operations.
• Prioritize and organize daily assignments effectively, proactively addressing challenges to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient continuity of care.
• Partner with clinical leaders on tailored assignments within your scope, actively contributing fresh perspectives to help solve complex healthcare challenges.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Candidates between the ages of 16-18 years old must be actively enrolled in a High School Diploma Equivalency program.
