This leadership role is responsible for supervising clinic staff, optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving performance in patient experience, provider engagement, and operational efficiency. You'll partner with directors, managers, providers, and staff to align daily practice with broader strategic goals.Your Day-to-Day WorkLead and support clinic operations to meet performance benchmarks and deliver outstanding care.Oversee patient scheduling, staff timecards, and clinic coverage planning.Resolve patient concerns using service recovery techniques and identify areas for operational improvement.Mentor and develop clinical and administrative team members, promoting staff engagement and growth.Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic initiatives and implement clinic-based improvements.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, including infection prevention and emergency preparedness.Support organizational culture through active communication, collaboration, and role modeling.Environment and Shift DetailsThis is a full-time, exempt, onsite position based out of our Gig Harbor & Silverdale cardiology clinics.
