Family Services Specialist: Crisis Intervention & Visitation

Addus Home Care seeks a Family Service Specialist to assist families in crisis through DCFS programs, including Family Habilitation Services, Visitation and Housing. Training is provided through the office and on-the-job. Responsibilities include teaching homemaking and parenting skills, arranging supervised visits, and preparing detailed progress reports; travel to families' homes is sometimes extensive.
