You’ll help troubleshoot equipment, complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.What You’ll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and production equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery and facility systemsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesReplace or repair motors, bearings, belts, pumps, valves, sensors, and other equipment componentsRespond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtimeComplete routine inspections and identify potential problems before they become bigger onesAssist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgradesRead basic equipment manuals, diagrams, schematics, and work ordersDocument completed repairs and maintenance activitiesWork closely with production operators and supervisors to troubleshoot equipment issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety, lockout/tagout, and company maintenance proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious industrial, manufacturing, plant, or production maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience working with motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plusBasic electrical troubleshooting experience is highly valuableFamiliarity with preventive maintenance programs and work-order systems is helpfulAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipmentComfortable working around industrial machinery and production equipmentAble to work independently and respond calmly when equipment goes downReliable attendance and strong follow-throughWillingness to work varying shifts, weekends, overtime, or on-call schedules when neededWhy You’ll Like It HereThis is a hands-on role where your work has an immediate impact.You’ll spend your day solving real equipment problems, keeping machines alive, helping production stay on schedule, and getting the satisfaction of turning “it’s down” into “we’re running again.”If you like fixing things, troubleshooting problems, and working in an environment where every day brings something a little different, we’d love to hear from you.Ready to keep the plant running?
