Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job

Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care setting in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Travel assignment starting 08/17/2026 for Weeks. Day shift, 7am to 3pm. Weekly pay range: $1,744–$1,830 per week. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring health status, medication administration, and wound care as ordered.
• Assess residents, recognize changes, and implement or adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper documentation.
• Document care interventions and resident responses in the electronic health record; maintain complete and compliant charting.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; participate in care conferences and care plan development.
• Promote resident safety, infection control, fall prevention, and overall quality of life through evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted registered nurse license in New Hampshire.
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a long-term care environment; day shift availability; strong communication and documentation skills.
