ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 25 years in the banking industry. When I was ready for a new challenge, I was inspired by another State Farm agent and saw an opportunity to continue helping people while building a business focused on relationships, service, and community involvement.

I hold an associate degree in Legal Assisting and am married with one grown son. Outside of work, my family and I enjoy traveling, boating, and spending time together whenever we can.

Giving back to the community is one of my favorite parts of agency ownership. We stay actively involved with local schools and youth-focused initiatives, and I am a member of both the Rotary Club and United Fund. Supporting local children and families is something we care deeply about.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cami Lucero - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
