The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in the talent acquisition process, focusing on sourcing and securing candidates for both temporary staffing and permanent positions. This role involves managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding, working primarily as an individual contributor or within a small team of 2-5 members. The specialist will occasionally travel to recruitment events or for client meetings, leveraging various applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools to attract top talent effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels for temporary and permanent roles
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Screen applicants to match qualifications with job requirements
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth new hire integration
• Manage job postings across various platforms and networks

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English in verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong interviewing techniques and candidate assessment skills
• Knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruitment
• Excellent organizational abilities
