Sales Representative: Wine & Spirits

Description What You'll Do Building strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, bars, and licensed accounts Growing sales through consultative selling and strategic account management Presenting new wines, spirits, and promotional programs Expanding product distribution while securing displays, shelf placements, menu features, and promotional opportunities Executing merchandising standards and supplier initiatives Identifying new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships Delivering exceptional customer service and becoming a trusted business partner Monitoring market trends and sharing insights that help customers succeed What We're Looking For Passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities An excellent communicator and problem solver Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team Excited about the wine and spirits industry and eager to continue learning Previous outside sales, beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods experience is preferred but not required. Compensation We believe in rewarding performance while providing a strong foundation for success. Base Salary: $55,000‑$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional Earning Opportunities: Earn more through supplier‑sponsored incentive programs, sales contests, and performance‑based rewards throughout the year.
