Responsibilities for this Millwright Machinist job include:

• Machine mold components and precision tooling to tight tolerances.

• Maintain extremely high attention to detail and hold ±0.0002" tolerances when required.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications.

• Manufacture parts that must fit together accurately and seal properly within completed molds.

• Set up and operate machining equipment to produce precision components.

• Make adjustments at the machine to improve part quality and meet specifications.

• Understand machining programs and make basic program adjustments when needed.

• Communicate with the main programmer regarding program changes or adjustments needed to complete a job.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools and equipment.

• Work closely with the tooling and mold-building team to ensure components meet quality and fit-up requirements.

• Other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications:

·       High School Diploma

·       Previous experience in precision machining, mold making, tool & die, or a similar field.

·       Strong understanding of machining and mold components.

·       Ability to consistently work to very tight tolerances.

·       Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills.

·       Basic CNC programming knowledge and the ability to make adjustments at the machine.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
