Customer Service Retail Sales Associate

We are a family-owned local cigar lounge looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to support our growing team.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed- Assist with inventory management and restocking- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Industry experience is ideal but not required- Excellent verbal communication skills in English- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor- Ability to work well in a team environment
