Customer Account Manager

Dedicated and empathetic, the full-time Customer Account Manager will provide high-volume support for a daycare staffing company, managing multiple conversations across various channels while coordinating logistics such as transportation and payments remotely. Key responsibilities Responding to inbound worker messages and handling center calls to ensure timely support Coordinating shift logistics, payments, schedules, and managing feedback and escalations Arranging transportation for workers to ensure punctuality for their shifts Required qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Prior experience in customer success, client support, or call/chat handling in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously Comfortable using support software, chat platforms, and basic CRM or ticketing tools Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues when necessary
