Were supporting a Sparta, NJ based client that is looking to add a driven Business Development Executive to their growing team.

This is not an account management role. This position is built for someone who enjoys outbound sales, opening new doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities from the ground up within the international logistics industry.

Ocean Freight

Air Freight

Customs House Brokerage

Duty Drawback

What Youll Be Doing:

Prospecting and developing new business opportunities across the logistics and supply chain sector

Building and managing your own pipeline of customers

Conducting outbound calls, meetings, and follow ups to generate new revenue

Developing long term relationships with importers, exporters, and supply chain decision makers

Maintaining sales activity, pipeline updates, and customer engagement within CRM platforms

Partnering with leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion efforts

What Theyre Looking For:

Experience in business development, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, logistics, transportation, or supply chain related industries preferred

Comfortable in a true outbound sales environment

Strong communication and relationship building skills

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Self motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized

Someone who thrives in an in office environment and wants to be part of a growing team in Sparta, NJ

Compensation:

Base salary expected up to $75,000 annually plus bonus opportunity

Compensation may increase for experienced and proven sales professionals with a strong track record of business development success
