Production Support Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide production support for complex electronic hardware. The engineer will troubleshoot circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems, identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and drive production and supplier issues through closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal electronics.

• Diagnose hardware failures using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and power supplies.

• Read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and test data.

• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and suppliers.

• Support engineering changes, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 5 10 years of production, manufacturing, test, or sustaining engineering experience.

• Hands-on circuit card/electronic hardware troubleshooting experience.

• Strong electrical debugging and root-cause analysis skills.

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Active or Interim Secret Clearance required at start.

• Must be able to work onsite in Tucson.

Preferred: Aerospace, defense, avionics, radar, missile, sensor, or other high-reliability electronics experience.
