Position Overview:

• Position Type: 1099 – you have the flexibility to set your own schedule and approach to building client relationships while using available tools and guidance to support your success.
• Work Type: Outside B2B relationship building, primarily through in-person meetings and pre-scheduled appointments with decision-makers.
• Compensation: Performance-based with the opportunity for a weekly draw. Expected annual earnings: $60,000–$110,000 , depending on activity and performance.

What We Offer:

• Qualified Pre-Scheduled Appointments: 10–15 qualified appointments per week to help you connect with potential clients and build momentum.
• Uncapped Commissions & Monthly Residuals: 25% per account signed and 25% monthly residuals on every processing account.
• Bonuses: Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses and a 30-day new rep incentive ($100 per quote for your first 30 days). Bonuses are paid weekly.
• Weekly Draw: $375 weekly draw to support your income as you build your book of business.
• Support: Remote, compact, and efficient Zoom training plus ongoing support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage With Prospective Clients: Build initial connections with business owners through in-person meetings, networking, and referrals.
• Understand Client Needs: Take time to understand each business’s payment processing environment, priorities, and goals.
• Discuss Potential Solutions: Provide insight into available services and their potential to reduce overall processing expenses.
• Manage Pipeline & Stay Connected: Document conversations and follow‑up actions in CRM tools to help maintain clear communication and momentum. Access to our platforms to help you stay connected with the entire team 24/7.
• Facilitate Next Steps: Support merchants in deciding to move forward with a quote review. Our National Sales Managers (NSM) prepare, present, and close the quote.

Skills:

No prior payment processing experience required; training is remote via Zoom, compact , and designed to take minimal time while getting you up to speed quickly.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and conducting prospecting activities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
