Overview Looking for flexibility? $42/hour Minimum commitment of 16 hours per month Choose from available 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift openings Flexible shift lengths, typically 6 to 12 hours Opportunity to pick up additional shifts, but not required Schedules are posted 3 months in advance to support planning Additional shifts may become available due to call-offs, PTO, and staffing needs Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials available Opportunity for additional earnings through premium and hard-to-fill shift opportunities Job Description Summary Provides mental health therapy services to clients in a behavioral health agency setting, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and improve overall well-being. Job Description Essential Functions Assists in developing specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives. Accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, and diagnosis. Prescribes initial interventions in a timely manner. Employs strategies of intervention that are consistent with empirically supported treatments and consistent with program expectations. Remains current in general knowledge of psychopharmacology in pediatric behavioral healthcare and collaborates consistently with team psychiatrist. Coordinates client care with other service providers and community resources to assure continuity of care. Completes clinical charting and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with policy standards. Education Requirement Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and FamilyTherapy, required. Doctorate, preferred. Licensure Requirement Appropriate Independent Ohio License, preferred. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, peers and community representatives. Experience Experienceproviding and managing behavioral healthcare to children, adolescent and families, required.
