Key Responsibilities\n- \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required. \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy are preferred. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Empathetic, non-judgmental approach in addressing mental health concerns. \n
- Ability to manage time and organizational skills effectively. \n

- Experience in delivering teletherapy services is highly desirable. \n
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
