Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p Federally Qualified Health Center Scope: Outpatient Clinic Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks Candidate Non-standard Contract Language Facility Location Local attractions include various wineries, golf courses, parks, hiking trails, campgrounds, rivers, and lakes.
