Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations clearly to patients and their families, engaging them in the goal-setting process for their recovery.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation results, patient presentations, and the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, documenting any changes in patient conditions that necessitate adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Manage discharge planning and post-treatment follow-up care, ensuring documentation reflects the patient's care journey, including progress summaries and final evaluations.
• Exhibit strong time management skills and uphold productivity expectations, while also participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in achieving departmental goals by adhering to governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will provide services to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

• Prior work experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally with at least two years in an outpatient setting, is preferred but not mandatory.
