Material Handler (Warehouse Workers) 1st Shift Shift (6AM 2:30 PM, MondayFriday)

Location: Charleston, IN

Pay: $16.36 per hour

What You'll Do

Package, unpack, sort, stage, pick, and ship materials
Put away inventory and prepare products for production
Open boxed inventory and stock flow racks
Walk the flow rack to organize and replenish materials
Wrap cords neatly and securely to prevent tangles
Label, tag, and organize products for easy identification
Accurately complete paperwork and electronic records
Meet daily production and quality goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred Qualifications

Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or production experience
Strong communication and time-management skills

Education

Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequently use hands for grasping, picking, wrapping, and handling materials
Lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
Reach overhead and outward as needed
Work in a warehouse environment
