Home Care Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a Home Care Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trinity Health at Home and Mercy Home Health, you'll deliver one-on-one, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Using advanced technology and your clinical expertise, you'll assess, plan and manage individualized care that promotes healing and independence. This position will cover Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia and is based out of Newtown, PA.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program
• Active CNA Certification in the state
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience
