This individual will provide project management support across our technology portfolio and independently manage smaller technology and operational initiatives.We're looking for a highly organized executor who can manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and project timelines with minimal oversight while helping ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business objectives.Approximately 20 hours per weekInitial 3-month engagement with potential extension up to 6 monthsRemote within the United States or based in FIDF's New York officeMust be available during Eastern Time business hoursKey ResponsibilitiesManage small-to-medium technology and operational projects from planning through completionMaintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reportingCoordinate stakeholders across business and technology teamsFacilitate meetings and drive accountability for action itemsMonitor project risks, issues, and dependenciesCoordinate activities with vendors and implementation partners and track vendor deliverables and commitmentsEnsure projects remain on track and aligned with objectivesCommunicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders on a regular basis.Typical Projects ( Most projects are managed using Monday.com.)IT operations initiativesReporting and analytics projectsDigital support projectsBusiness application enhancementsMicrosoft 365-related initiativesWorkflow and process improvement effortsVendor-supported technology projectsQualifications3-5 years of project management experienceExperience managing technology, systems, operations, or process improvement projectsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience managing multiple concurrent projectsExperience working with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platformsAbility to work independently and proactivelyPreferred BackgroundConsulting firmsSaaS implementation teamsManaged Service Providers (MSPs)Professional services organizationsCustomer implementation teamsTechnology delivery organizationsExperience supporting environments that leverage Microsoft 365, CRM and fundraising platforms (e.g., Raiser's Edge NXT), ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), email marketing and donor engagement platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), website and digital platforms, project management platforms such as Monday.com, reporting and analytics tools, and third-party SaaS applications and integrations is a plus.FIDF is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
