What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process

• Manage nursing team resources, delegating tasks appropriately
• Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
• Embrace and promote patient safety, satisfaction, and staff morale
• Adapt communication and care approaches based on diverse patient populations
• Perform related duties as assigned

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in endoscopy or related fields
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
