This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity where your success is driven by your effort. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and being part of a strong team, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:• Assist clients in buying and selling properties
• Build strong relationships within your community
• Generate leads through networking and referrals
• Guide clients through the real estate process from start to finish
• Stay informed on market trends and property values
• Active real estate license in Ohio, Kentucky, or both — OR willingness to obtain one
• Ability to attend two Wednesday meetings per month
• Recommended office presence of 30 hours per week
• Self-motivated, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexible schedule
• Unlimited income potential
• Tuition reimbursement (if pursuing a license or licensed within the last 30 days)
