Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Pediatric Home Health
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home setting.
- Build consistent relationships with children and their families, ensuring continuity of care.
- Follow clear care plans and physician orders, utilizing clinical judgment confidently.
- Support high-acuity care with training and competency development, including respiratory support if needed.
- Ensure safety and safety protocols are maintained, including PPE use aligned with CDC guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Delaware RN License or Multistate License.
- Physical within one year, PPD or TB Blood Test, and valid BLS CPR card (in person).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent care.
