Southern Star Technician Opportunity
Training/Base pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The base rate increases by.50 at sixty days of employment.
We have a guaranteed hourly rate of $23.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.
If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don't bring you to the guaranteed hourly rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higher!
Schedule: 2 days off during the week; during slower season enjoy a four-on, three-off schedule.
Bonus opportunity: Earn a trained and active bonus of $1500.00, paid in two installments: $750.00 at 60 days of employment and $750.00 at 6 months.

Compensation:

Role Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to scale ladders up to 38 ft and navigate crawl spaces.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (lodging and per diem covered by SSI).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Successfully upsell products and services to customers while installing DISH systems.
- Effective time management skills.
- Must have a clear background, drug screen and motor vehicle record.
