Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service. Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees. Manage daily restaurant operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards. Monitor labor, food, and operating costs. Build a positive and respectful work environment. Drive sales growth and achieve restaurant performance targets. Handle guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction. Schedule staff and manage productivity. Qualifications 35 years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience. Previous supervisory, assistant manager, or restaurant management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills. Experience with recruiting, training, and coaching team members. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and be friendly and outgoing.
