You'll prepare batch ingredients like dough, sauces, meats, and more. You'll assemble pizzas in a semi-automated line, package and freeze. We have a high standard for cleanliness and quality, so you'll need to follow instructions and protocols carefully.We'll also have a small restaurant store front, and our production team will supply the pizzas for the restaurant.This is a high-volume production kitchen - be ready to do things like weigh out cheese and top pizzas for hours! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way, pinky promise.Job RequirementsIf you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you! Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other industrial kitchen equipment.Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.Must be 18+ years old to apply.Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).Experience is not required, but if you have worked in pizza kitchens that use conveyor ovens, food production, bakery production, or large-scale catering kitchens, we'd love to hear from you!Scheduling and AvailabilityOur Production Facility will operate Monday-Friday from 8am-7pm. Tentative shift times: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, and 10am-7pm.
